Ashley + Travis
Ashley and Travis were so sweet together. We laughed and joked the whole entire day. They were so playful and energetic together, you could tell they really give life to each other. You can absolutely tell that they love each other hard. They met at a work meeting for the first time, and she described their way of getting to know each other like this: “…He then did the cheesy add and message on Facebook. We got to talking and I immediately fell head over heels.” That made me chuckle a bit, so I absolutely had to include it in the blog! They are also dog people, so I mean, obviously we got along so well.
By the way, check out their hair. Um, BOTH of them have the most amazing hair. I couldn’t stop looking at it. They both looked flawless. I LOVED their outfits! We got to do several outfits during the shoot. She brought an awesome floral red dress that really gave texture and movement to the photographs. It added such a pop of color in the desert, too! It was a nice contrast to the blue sky and his blue shirt, and the green desert plants. Her second outfit was an awesome mustard yellow shirt that really coordinated well with the desert vibes. Mustard yellow always does! His plaid shirt complimented the greens as well! Her last dress was amaaaazing, too. A white lace dress, and a low cut shirt with a dark blue shirt on him? It just worked perfectly. Outfits can make or break a shoot, and these ones MADE IT SO GOOD.
BRIDE’S NAME said something I completely agree with in her initial contact with me: “strongly believe in timing and everything happens for a reason…”. Love always happens at the right time, and their love was no exception. I’m so glad to be a small part of their story, and capture such a wonderful day in their lives. Can’t wait to see you guys in September!
